Application Procedure
• Select the program or workshop that interests you. 
• Familiarize yourself with the certification policies section of this website.  
• Fill out a course application. 
• Mail, fax or email your application, along with a $300 deposit to:


info@studiopraxis.com

Things to consider:
• Your deposit must be submitted with your application. You will not be accepted to the course until the deposit is received.  
• Deposits for applications received electronically or by fax are payable by Visa or Master Card only.  
• Deposits for applications received by post or in-person are payable by Visa, Master Card, debit, cash, cheque or money order. 
• You will be notified of your acceptance to the course within 5 business days of receiving the application.
