 
Studio Praxis is your resource centre for STOTT PILATES in the province of Quebec and surrounding area. We’re a full-service Licensed STOTT PILATES Certification Centre with a knowledgeable team of health care professionals ready to help you move forward with your business and career.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality pilates training, certification and support to health and fitness professionals. We practice and teach the STOTT PILATES method because STOTT PILATES exercise can help just about anyone at any age. The key is having proper training to safely and effectively guide clients and patients as they pursue their health & fitness goals.
STOTT PILATES is an anatomically-based approach to the original exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a progression in pilates that incorporates modern bio-mechanic and rehabilitation principles, eliminates contraindicated movements, and emphasizes neutral alignment, core stability and peripheral mobility.

Group Classes
Health and fitness pros need to keep in fit too. We offer 35 group classes a week from beginner to advanced level. Whether you’re thinking of incorporating pilates into your own workout regime, or just you’re wondering if pilates is something that would work in your facility, come try STOTT PILATES on for size.

Pilates Equipment
We sell the complete line of STOTT PILATES small and large equipment. Demo all pieces of equipment in our studio and we’ll help you negotiate the best deal from the manufacturer when you’re ready to purchase.
